Julián Ordóñez is a producer specializing in international film and television production, with more than a decade of experience supporting complex projects across physical production, finance, and visual effects.

Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple departments, including production coordination, finance supervision, production services, and VFX production, developing a comprehensive understanding of how large-scale productions operate from development through final delivery.

His experience includes collaborations with major studios and platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Studios, and Paramount Pictures, contributing to productions including One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Night Manager, Paddington in Peru, Gemini Man, and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan.

With expertise spanning production strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and multi-department coordination, Julián specializes in bridging creative ambition with operational execution across large international productions.

At Cinempresa, he contributes to the company's production services and original content initiatives, bringing extensive experience in television, feature films, and visual effects workflows to support projects at every stage of production.

FELIPE ALJURE

Felipe Aljure is one of the most influential voices in Colombian cinema and a key architect of the country's contemporary audiovisual industry. For more than three decades, he has built an extraordinary career as a filmmaker, screenwriter, producer, executive producer, cultural leader, and advocate for the growth of Latin American cinema.

Widely recognized for his distinctive cinematic language and bold creative vision, Aljure has directed landmark Colombian feature films including La Gente de la Universal, El Colombian Dream, and Tres Escapularios. His work has been showcased internationally and has played a significant role in defining the identity of modern Colombian cinema.

Beyond filmmaking, Aljure has been instrumental in shaping the policies that transformed Colombia into one of the world's most attractive destinations for audiovisual production. He actively participated in the formulation and development of Colombia's most important film legislation, including Law 814 and Law 1556, regulatory frameworks that strengthened the national film industry and established internationally recognized incentives for foreign productions filming in Colombia.

His contributions extend far beyond the screen. As Artistic Director of the Cartagena International Film Festival (FICCI) for five consecutive years, Aljure helped elevate the festival's international profile and strengthen its position as one of the most influential cinematic events in Latin America.

Throughout his career, he has also served as producer and executive producer on numerous national and international productions, bringing together creative leadership, strategic vision, and extensive production expertise across feature films, television projects, and large-scale audiovisual productions.

PASCALE ALJURE

Pascale Aljure is an executive producer specializing in international production services, bringing together extensive experience across feature films, television series, and commercial productions filmed throughout Africa and Latin America.

Having built her career across two continents, she combines a strong understanding of global production standards with hands-on expertise in budgeting, logistics, crew management, and large-scale project execution. Her background spans both independent production and leadership roles within some of Colombia's most established production service companies.

After spending seven years in South Africa working on commercial productions for international brands, Pascale returned to Colombia and established herself within the country's production services sector. Over the following years, she held key production and executive roles overseeing international feature films, television series, and commercial productions filmed throughout Colombia.

Among her most notable credits, Pascale served as Production Executive for the Colombia unit of The Night Manager Season 2, one of the most significant international television productions ever filmed in the country.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with international studios, broadcasters, agencies, and production companies, supporting projects from development and budgeting through final delivery. Her work is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, transparent collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex productions with efficiency and precision.

As Head of Production at Cinempresa, Pascale leads the company's production operations and international service strategy, ensuring that every project benefits from world-class execution, local expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence.
